A new service for 2016, we are offering help and advice with Landlord and Tenant issues.
We have created a 3 step procedure that makes it even easier to acheive your goal. If you need us to issue court proceedings, or need advice on how to correctly send your tenant an eviction letter, we will be more than happy to help.
Our 3 step procedure can guide you through the process.
Step 1: Serving Notices - We can advise you on which notice to serve and the best way to serve it to your tenant.
Step 2: Court Proceedings - If your tenant does not leave we can help issue court proceedings, we will represent you in court and assist you with the Standard and Accelerated Court Proceedings.
Step 3: Hearings - If the court proceedings progress to a hearing, we will represent your case. Once the hearing is finished, the court will hopefully issue a positive order.
